It’s a red velvet cake which turns out to become brown velvet cake. I really followed the recipe. It should became RED, but… yeaaaah… 😦 I guess maybe different quality or quantity of red food coloring or too much chocolate (although i put pricesely 2 spoon as cited in the receipe). But it’s forgiven since the taste sooo yuuummmmm!!! The great taste was a testimony from Adi and Jess which can be sooo subjective 😅.
Looking at Adi ate the cake happily and took another pieces of cake made my day and all efforts I’ve done (spent whole day in the kitchen and spent another day to shop) worth and the brownish-thing doesn’t matter anymore. This cake had been decorated with the help of Jess made this cake better than my previous birthday cake. I think need more practicing on decoration also need some cake-decoration utensils.
I am not keen on cakes. I prefer fries than sweet-creamy cakes. But i just found out recently that I looooove making cake for my friends. Because I know sometimes cake makes other people happy or feel better. It’s one of reasons why i feel happier recently. ☺️☺️☺️
